Although it depends on different skin types, No.6 Serum is very moisturizing, perhaps moisturizing enough to be used just by itself. 

However, feel free to test on different days by putting 1 layer of the serum, the next day try putting 2 layers, and so on. 

And see how much of the product is enough so you don't need to apply moisturizer afterward.

We do recommend using 1 layer during the daytime, and 2-3 layers at night. 

If you are putting on makeup afterward, our No.3 Velvet Beauty Cream works perfectly to lock in moisture and work as a primer before putting on makeup.
